• All items are pre-made and ready to ship. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Shipping Policy

• Currently, we only ship within the United States. Shipping is handled via USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail, integrated directly through GoImagine’s real-time shipping tools. All orders include tracking for your convenience.

• Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted. Please be sure to read product descriptions carefully and view all photos before purchasing. Each listing clearly shows exactly what you will receive—what you see is what you get.

Product Care

• Each wax seal includes a double-sided adhesive backing for easy application. Simply peel and stick!

  Please note:

• Due to their wax composition, seals may soften or melt under extreme heat.

• Store in a cool, dry place to maintain durability.

• No additional care is needed under normal conditions.
